Pappardelle with herbs
Instructions
Fry the garlic in a little olive oil, add the chopped herbs and pine nuts.
Season with salt and pepper, Cook for a few minutes adding if necessary a little water.
Boil the pasta "al dente", dress in a soup-tureen capable pouring before the softened cream cheese with a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water, then the herb sauce and Parmesan.
Mix well and serve.

- 320 g of type pasta pappardelle fresh egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g of already boiled herbs (also frozen)
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 100 g of ricotta
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
