Instructions
Shake vigorously with ice in a shaker.
Fill to three-quarters the narrow tumbler on whose bottom there are already ice cubes, add soda and stir gently with spoon.
Garnish with lemon peel and orange juice.

- 1 egg whites
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 3/4 gin
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
