Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in a deciliter of water, add a tablespoon of oil, flour, semolina, rice, a pinch of salt and pepper; make a soft dough and let it rise for at least an hour; roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and with a sharp knife, cut small strips of length of 10 cm and a width of a few centimetres; appoggiatele on a greased baking oil and cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
You can substitute the chili with paprika or black pepper and integrate the white flour with whole wheat flour.

- 50 g of rice semolina
- 30 g of parmigiano
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
