Instructions
Peel and chop the onion, then FRY it gently in a saucepan with oil and 80 G Bacon cut into strips.
Add the tomatoes and cook on moderate flame for 10-15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the zucchini, thinly spuntatele and thickly.

Parmigiana not be eaten when hot and will be good at least cool it or, better still, make it completely raffeddare.
