Instructions
Blanch in salted water the slices of lettuce and dry.
Aside from mix gorgonzola with sponge bread, bacon and onion already fried and egg yolk.
Fill lettuce with this compound, close the leaves, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook in for 7 minutes.
Prepare the sauce with yoghurt, salt and basil.
