Garlic pasta
Instructions
Crush the garlic in a mortar with mint and basil and salt.
Put in a large bowl the almonds and tomatoes and semi private and sliced, combine the chopped tuna, pine nuts and garlic pesto, mint and basil.
Add salt, pepper and stir in 4 tablespoons oil.
Cook spaghetti, drain them and upset them in the bowl.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Some leaves of mint
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 25 g of peeled almonds
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
