Orange pasta
Instructions
In a bowl mix the mascarpone with butter and grated Orange rind.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, season it with prepared sauce and plenty of parmesan and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta pasta
- 1 orange
- 200 g of fresh mascarpone
- 30 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
