Instructions
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until they become foamy.
Add the vanilla powder and boiling milk.
Put everything in a Bain-Marie until it becomes a bit more dense.
Melt the gelatin with cold water and then add it to the cream.
Let cool and then join the whipped cream and chopped peanuts.
Grease with butter a mold and pour in the mixture simmer for 3 hours.
Before serving, pour the mixture into the ice cream sundaes and grattugiateci over chocolate.
