Pasta gorgonzola cream
Instructions
Reduce the gorgonzola into small pieces, pass them through a sieve, stirring the proceeds with the cream, mascarpone and butter softened at room temperature.
Add a pinch of pepper and vodka, then work well the cream with a whisk for a few minutes.
Boil the pasta, toss with the cream, mix well and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta macaroni
- 120 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 70 == G Mascarpone
- 100 G = = Cream
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vodka
- Salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
