Olive cream pasta
Instructions
While boils the water to cook pasta, prepare the sauce.
Finely chop the olives and merge them with ricotta and chopped onion, then mix with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and add freshly ground pepper.
Season the pasta with this cream and serve immediately.
