The blueberries bavaroise
Instructions
In a small bowl with water, put the gelatine sheets and keep them for 5 minutes, until they are softened.
Put on low heat and stir gently.
In the mixer, put the gelatine mixture, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, orange blossom and half the blueberries.
Stir until it becomes homogeneous.
Join the rest of the blueberries and put into a mold.
Refrigerate for at least five hours, until it hardens.

- 2 sheets of isinglass
- 20 cl of water
- 300 g of ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of orange blossom extract
- 250 g of blueberries
