Pasta with anchovies
Instructions
In a pan with oil imbiondite chopped onion, add the chilli into pieces and the sprig of oregano, which then eliminate.
Clean well and have been boned fresh anchovies, put them in the Pan, entire or broken up, and simmer very slowly for a few minutes, doing so is not falling apart.
This sauce seasoned with the vermicelli that you drained al dente.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley.

- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 500 g of fresh anchovies
- 1/2 onion
- 15 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 spicy chili
- 1 sprig of oregano
- Salt
- Parsley
