Drunken mushrooms and pasta
Instructions
Prepare a pot with plenty of olive oil; soffriggetevi two cloves of garlic and half an onion, then put in 400 g of sliced mushrooms and simmer a bit.
Add a glass of red wine, half nut, 200 g sliced ham, Sage, pepper, marjoram and four tablespoons of tomato pulp.
Let it consume, stirring occasionally and cook the pasta, then add the pasta with the sauce.
