Summer pasta
Instructions
Blend the tomatoes, salt, pepper and add a handful of chopped anchovies, oregano and a few tablespoons of oil.
Stir, add the olives, cover the bowl and let marinate for 2 hours.
Cook the pasta, drain it, pass it under cold water.
Drain again and pour in the sauce.
Stir and add the mozzarella and basil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 5 anchovies
- 100 g of black olives
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
