Add the oil evaporate, yeast, water, warm milk and salt: 5 seconds at speed 6.
Add rain from above, flour: 30 seconds to 1 minute and 6 speed and 1/2 in speed spiga.
Leave leaven the dough covered for about 1/2 hour before using.
