Instructions

Boil the milk with the vanilla, then remove it.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add the milk.

To condense the cream in a double boiler, stirring and boil.

Add the isinglass well squeezed after putting into warm water.

To dissolve, then remove from heat and allow to cool a little.

Combine the cream, pour into a mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
