Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, add the chopped pepper and tomato paste and seasoning.
Add the cream and let simmer a few seconds then pour 1 small glass of vodka and 1 teaspoon brandy.
Mix and pour into pan drained pasta.
Stir over high heat long enough to mix the pasta with the sauce and drizzle with the pecorino.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 50 g of butter
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 dram of vodka
- 1 teaspoon of brandy
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
