Danish pastry
Instructions
Mix the flour with sugar and salt.
Dissolve yeast in a little cold milk.
Put it in a pan where you mix the rest of the milk with the beaten egg.
Add the mixture to the flour.
Stir until a soft dough.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
Spread a small amount of butter on two-thirds of the dough.
Fold the dough into three layers as if you were folding a napkin: first without butter and then the other.
Roll out and fold again.
Repeat three or four times.
Let stand in refrigerator or in a cool place for half an hour.
Cook the pasta in the oven until it turns Golden.
