Instructions

Peel and puree the pears with lemon juice and vodka.

Pass through a sieve and add the gelatine dissolved in warm water and squeezed.

Incorporated with movement from top to bottom the whipped cream.

Wet mould with cold water, pour the mixture and let it firm up in the refrigerator.

Serve decorated with the ham.
