Potato mess
Instructions
Carefully rinse the potatoes, boil unpeeled, let cool, Peel and put them in the potato masher.
Pour into a large pot, milk and when it is hot, add the puree obtained by mixing fresh focus to avoid any lumps from forming.
Next, add the egg yolks, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, mozzarella, cut into cubes, chopped parsley (previously rinsed and dried with paper towels), salt, pepper, and finally the whipped egg whites and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Finally, grease a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the mess levelling with a spatula.
Then, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sprinkle some butter curl.
Bake in the oven already warm for about 30 minutes at 250 degrees, checking every now and then.
