Bavaroise with macedonia
Instructions
Prepare basic cream vanilla bavarois recipe following the signs ' vanilla bavarois ', but halved all the ingredients and use only two sheets of isinglass.
Clean and peel the fruits and cut them into slices, then place them in a bowl and moisten with the sugar syrup and the two liqueurs.
Let stand for about half an hour.
Put half the cream into individual cups, get over macedonia and cover with the remaining cream.
Garnish each cup with whipped cream sweetened with sugar and, as desired, with pieces of fresh fruit and chocolate leaves.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1/2 vanilla bavarian cream (see recipe)
- 600 g of fresh fruits (peaches, kiwis, pears)
- 6 cl of sugar syrup (20 degrees)
- 2 cl of dark rum
- 2 cl of maraschino
- 10 cl of whipped
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
