Instructions
Sauté in a pan for a long time to 100 tall g.
of lard 4 chopped and sliced onions.
Join 600 g.
of peeled potatoes and sliced, 500 g tomatoes, 3 red peppers and sliced 3 green peppers, 1/2 teaspoon sweet chili and cook at low heat for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and drizzle with chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.
Serve hot, garnished with a fresh cucumber salad.
