Wine herbed potatoes
Instructions
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.
In a salad bowl mix a tablespoon full of anchovy paste with a vinegar and 20 cl white wine; combine one tablespoon of chopped herbs and oil 4.
Stir and season hot potatoes into small pieces.
