Instructions

Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, arrange on a baking pan well greased with oil, then add the Rosemary and garlic and bake at 180 degrees.

Mix from time to time.

When cooked, season with salt and pepper and discard the Rosemary and garlic.

Turn up the heat of the oven, sprinkle with the wine and let it evaporate.
