Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings.
Put them in a non-stick pan, add the sliced garlic cloves, olive oil, Rosemary.
Add salt and pepper, squirt with a glass of water.
Cook over low heat, covered, for about 40 minutes.
Finally, Sprinkle chopped parsley.
