Salad with potato bottarga
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins, Peel and cut into slices.
Dressed with a sauce made with a little finely chopped onion, olive oil extra virgin, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley.
Cut the mullet with the suffering-truffle, and cover the potatoes.
