Terracotta potatoes with onions
Instructions
Peel and wash potatoes, carrots and onions, cut across into thin slices.
Arrange overlapping slightly in a pan greased with oil.
Sprinkle chopped basil, add salt, pepper, seasoned with two rounds of oil spilled.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Shortly before the end remove the foil, sprinkle with the grated Emmenthal cheese, put in hot oven until the cheese has melted.
Serve this hot pie in the same pan.
