Instructions
Blanch for 10 minutes in boiling water the potatoes.
Then make them Brown in olive oil with minced garlic, onion, Diced Bacon and chopped parsley.
Sprinkle with the marsala wine, add the boiling stock, cover and cook gently for about 15 minutes.
