Olive pate with thermomix
Instructions
Insert in the hole of the lid jug with blades in motion, olives and garlic: 20 seconds at speed 6.
Get it all with the spatula in the bottom of the mixing bowl and combine 60 G of oil, salt, oregano and 1 minute combination for speed 3.
Put in a jar, cover with the remaining oil, and keeps in the refrigerator.
It is excellent for sandwiches and spaghetti sauce.

- 300 g of pitted black olives baked
- 90 g of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
