Bavette with artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut into tiny wedges and sprinkled with lemon juice.
In a pan heat 4 tablespoons oil and dry artichokes.
Add tomato sauce and salt.
Cook covered for 15 minutes.
Boil the bavette, drain and coat with the sauce with artichokes, chopped Basil and a knob of butter.

- 400 g of type pasta tips
- 4 artichokes
- 6 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Chopped basil
- Salt
