Instructions
In a Pan fry in butter, the pancetta, cut into cubes, minced onion and chilli (to your liking).
When the bacon is golden brown, add the tomatoes and a pinch of salt and after about 2 minutes the vodka that will evaporate for approximately 1 minute.
At this point, remove the Pan from heat and add the cream.
Pour the mixture over the drained pasta al dente, sprinkle with the Parmesan.
Serve hot.

- 500 g of type mezze penne pasta
- 50 g of bacon
- Cooking cream
- 2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- 50 g of grana
- Onion
- 4 tablespoons of natural vodka
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Hot pepper
