Penne alla vodka and bacon
Instructions
Fry the bacon, when crisp will add the brandy, vodka, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes and when cooked, add the cream.
Season with this sauce penne al dente, drain and add the grated Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 250 g of bacon
- 100 g of butter
- 1 dram of brandy
- 1 dram of vodka
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 25 cl of cooking cream
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
