Penne gratin
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, in 1 small frying pan, fry the bacon and diced Bacon, with 20 g of butter.
Drain the pasta and serve with the bacon and the bacon browned.
Combine beaten eggs with salt and pepper, and dilute with cream and 2 tablespoons milk.
Stir and turn it all into 1 greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella into cubes, add some butter, and bake in the oven at 230° c for 2 minutes.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 1 mozzarella
- 150 g of bacon
- 150 g of speck
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 50 G = = Cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
