Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the shallots previously cleaned, rinsed and thinly sliced.
Soon after, add the Diced Bacon and let it stand for a few minutes.
Next, pour the drained tomato pulp, salt, cream and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
Sprayed with vodka sauce and let evaporate high flame for a few seconds.
Then, Cook the pennette in salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Mix well and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta pennette
- 100 g of diced bacon
- 100 g of diced bacon
- 1 shallot
- Olive oil
- 1 pack of tomato pulp ready
- 1 pack of cooking cream
