Delicate peperonata
Instructions
Roast the peppers in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Retire it, Peel, remove the seeds, cut into chunks.
In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic to be deleted eventually.
Add the peppers, onion, sliced, and after 10 minutes the tomatoes peeled, deprived of seeds, cut into pieces.
