Peppers with mozzarella
Instructions
Wash and dry the peppers, remove seeds and filaments.
Cut in half and arrange in a baking dish.
Put the pepper in small cubes of mozzarella, chopped anchovies and chopped Basil.
Go into the oven for 15 minutes, let stand for 1 minute, then serve on the pepper.

- 6 sweet peppers
- 200 g of mozzarella

- 2 anchovy fillets
