Bavette with zucchini and anchovies
Instructions
Brown the onion in olive oil, garlic; combine chopped herbs, then the courgettes into slices and Brown.
To braise to low heat for 15 minutes, adding salt, pepper and wine.
Combine the anchovies without bones and head and cook 5-6 minutes.
Boil the pasta, drain and flavour it to taste in the sauce.
Finished with fresh basil.

- 350 g of type integral bavette pasta
- 200 g of anchovies
- 400 g of neapolitan zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- Garlic
- Marjoram
- Sage
- Basil
- Dry white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Sea salt
- Pepper
