Caramelized pears in pan
Instructions
Wash pears, rub with a paper towel to clean them well and rather thickly.
Place them in a large saucepan, cover with the two spirits and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar.
Cook avoids you crumble when, then suddividetele on 4 plates, leaving the sauce in saucepan.
Together with the rest of the sugar sauce, turn up the flame to caramelize and pour it over the pears.
Served warm or cold pears.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser not too large
- 10 cl of alkermes
- 5 cl of chartreuse
- 80 g of sugar
