Drunken pears with cream
Instructions
Wash pears and place them in a baking dish with all ingredients except ice cream.
Cook in oven at medium heat for about 1 hour.
When pears are soft arrange one on each plate, pour in broth and garnish each portion with a scoop of ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 immature pears
- 200 g of red crianza wine
- 100 g of porto wine
- 200 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 4 balls of vanilla ice cream
