Partridge with lentils
Instructions
Cook the lentils cooked to salandole; keep aside their water.
In a Pan fry in lard the thinly sliced onion and partridges into pieces; join the lentils with a little of the cooking water to the sauce has been dissolved.
Cook adding occasionally water lentil soup how would suffice to keep the gravy.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of lentils
- 50 g of lard
- 3 clean partridge
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Salt
