Instructions

Place the swordfish slices on a sheet of oiled aluminium.

Wet them with a tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and put a slice of lemon.

Add the capers, oil and carefully close the bag.

Put in oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve very hot.
