Instructions

Chop onion, garlic and parsley.

Put a little in a baking dish, arrange the slices on top of fish, add salt and pepper, cover with the remaining chopped and seasoned with oil and one cup of white wine.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour, basting often with the fish sauce.

The accompanying wine: Colli Orientali Del Friuli Tocai DOC, Pomino Bianco DOC, Don Pietro Bianco IGT Sicilia.
