Instructions
Place in warm water to soften the dried figs and raisins separately.
Coarsely chopped walnuts and almonds.
In a large bowl mix the flour with four tablespoons of olive oil, sugar, a pinch of salt, dried figs, drained and sliced, raisins well squeezed, pine nuts, walnuts and almonds.
Together now, a little at a time, warm water until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Divide the dough into smaller portions which give the form of pagnottine, grease with a little olive oil a baking sheet and line the beccute.
Bake at medium temperature for half an hour.

- 600 g of flour
- 100 g of pine nuts
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- 80 g of skinned almonds
- 100 g of sultanas
- 100 g of dried figs
- 100 g of sugar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
