Bef stroganov
Instructions
Braise in 100 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 sliced onions 500 g mushrooms grown meats.
Drain and keep warm.
Cook over high heat 800 g fillet of beef cut into 1 cm strips of width, 100 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
In a skillet, fat-free, add the mushrooms, onions and meat.
Combine 2 teaspoons of mustard powder and 2 teaspoons of sugar dissolved in a little hot water, add salt, pepper and add 50 cl of crème fraîche.
Stir and cook over a high flame for a few minutes.

- 800 g of beef tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons of mustard powder

- Pepper
- 50 cl of sour cream
