Instructions

Flour the slices and cook them in a pan with the butter.

When they are golden, sprinkle with parsley, Basil and minced garlic and cook for a few minutes.

Season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, a tbsp of broth, to thicken the sauce and serve.
