Pyramid of apricots
Instructions
Wash and dry apricots, cut in half and remove the core.
In a saucepan prepare a syrup by boiling the wine with 1/4 of water and sugar.
Soak the apricots in half the syrup for a few minutes and then place them, well drained, on a serving dish, layered.
Decorate the pyramid of apricots with tufts of whipped cream, strawberries and lime slices.

- 1000 g of apricots
- 100 g of candied citron
- 300 g of strawberries
- 240 g of whipped cream sweetened
- 25 cl of dry white wine
- 300 g of sugar
