Dishes with anchovies
Instructions
Rattle off the olives and keep aside 1 tablespoon.
Put them in the blender with anchovies in oil, 1 clove of garlic, capers, parsley and 1/2 cup of olive oil and blend it all.
Boil the spaghetti al dente, drain and toss in a bowl with the olive sauce.
Divide into 4 pirofiline, cover them with clean fresh anchovies to open.
Add salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with whole olives.
Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of fresh anchovies
- 6 anchovies in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 100 g of black olives
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
