Shelled peas and boil them in salted water.
Drain well.
In a saucepan melt the butter on very low flame, and then insaporitevi the bacon cut into strips making sure that, even assuming a slight golden color, remains soft.
Add the peas and low heat, let stand for 5 minutes, stirring every now and then why not stick to the bottom of the container.
Withdrawn from the fire, passed on the serving dish and serve hot.
