Delicate peas
Instructions
Place in a saucepan with boiled peas, cover with the cream and reduce over high heat the liquid by half.
Add a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
Add a few minutes, remove from heat, add the butter, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve.

- 500 g of shelled peas
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Butter
- Some of leaves fresh mint
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
