Smoked pizza
Instructions
Grease a baking dish and add the pasta.
Season the tomato sauce with olive oil, salt and oregano and distribute it on the dough.
Cover the pizza with sliced ham and bake at 230° c for 10 minutes.
Scamorza and mozzarella slice and put them on pizza.
Cook for another 10 minutes and serve.

- 800 g of bread dough
- 150 g of prague ham
- 100 g of smoked cheese
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 20 cl of tomato sauce
- Oregano
- Salt
- Olive oil
